Accountability and Governance
Mbzr Chen Health Services Inc is a nonprofit organisation. That carries obligations — to the people we serve, to the families and coordinators who trust us with a referral, and to the communities our work touches. This page sets out how we are constituted, what we commit to, and how to hold us to it.
How we are constituted
- A nonprofit corporation. Mbzr Chen Health Services Inc is incorporated as a nonprofit. We exist to deliver our mission, not to distribute profit.
- Founded in an act of giving. The organisation was founded on what our founders in Eke Ukara — Alphonsus Nnadozie Okorafor, Elizabeth Ojiakunalu Okorafor, Agnes Njoro and Konkwo Ufaka — gave to it. That is the origin of our commitment to give onward without boundaries. Read our story.
- A faith-based organisation that serves everyone. Our identity is Christian and we do not hide it. It shapes how we treat people; it does not decide who we will treat.
Non-discrimination
We serve everyone who is eligible for our services, regardless of faith, background or belief. Services are never conditional on religious participation, and nobody is asked about their beliefs as part of receiving support. We are a faith-based organisation in what motivates us, not in who we will help.
If something is wrong, tell us
People who rely on a care provider need a way to say when something has gone wrong, and to be taken seriously when they do. If you are unhappy with anything we have done — the care itself, the way someone spoke to you, a missed visit, a bill, or how we handled your information — we want to hear it directly.

You may raise a concern on behalf of someone else, and you may ask a family member, guardian or advocate to do it for you. Raising a concern will never affect the care someone receives.
Your information
We collect only what we need, use it only for the purpose you gave it to us for, and do not sell it. How we handle information submitted through this website is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the terms governing the site are in our Terms of Service. Please do not send detailed medical records through the website — call us and we will agree a secure route.
